4a. Cancelled Items or Special Order
Return Policy if you change your mind:
As an My Sport Hut customer, you have 30 days from the day you order your item or items to return your merchandise for a full refund excluding shipping charges. We strive to stock all items, some items such as watches, jewelery and clocks may have to be special ordered. We can cancel the order or give you store credit and you will be responsible for the charges for the return to the manufacturer. If you would like to return an item, please contact Mysporthut by email or phone for Authorization . All cancelled watches and clocks are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. Exchange Policy:
As an My Sport Hut customer, you have 30 days from the day your order is placed to exchange your order for other merchandise from our inventory. Items returned must be received in their original condition and must include its certificate of authenticity. Any higher difference in price will be charged to a credit card and any credit will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Shipping charges will not be credited or credited towards exchanges.
